On May 19, 2022, Jahmir Wilson, a 19-year-old from Danville, Virginia, tragically lost his life following a violent incident near South Hill, Virginia. According to reports, Wilson drove himself to VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital in South Hill with a gunshot wound around 7:45 p.m. on May 18, 2022. Despite his efforts to seek medical help, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.
