Darlin Ariel Diaz Flores, a 19-year-old from Annandale, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2022, in the Mount Vernon area of Fairfax County. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex in the 8400 block of Graves Street in Woodlawn. Diaz Flores had just returned from a social event in Maryland and was waiting outside for a ride home when he was confronted by an 18-year-old named Kevin Alexander Lemus.
