James Bryant, a 28-year-old man from Mount Vernon, VA, died on October 30, 2013, in an incident involving law enforcement at the Eleanor U. Kennedy Shelter in Alexandria, VA. According to reports, Bryant, who had no fixed address, was a resident at the shelter.
