In the summer of 2006, the life of 25-year-old Rondell Tyrone Echoles was tragically cut short. On Tuesday, June 6, 2006, Echoles and another man, 27-year-old Tyrone Phillips, were discovered deceased inside an apartment in Mesa, Arizona. The residence was located in the 900 block of South Dobson Road.
