In a quiet Mesa, Arizona condominium complex, the life of 53-year-old Clark Bulliner III, a White/Caucasian male, was brought to a sudden and violent end on April 13, 2024. The grim discovery was made at his residence located near Brown and Crismon roads, a property that doubled as the base for his excavation business. It was here that Maricopa County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call about an injured person, only to find Bulliner deceased, having sustained apparent gunshot wounds.
