In the early morning hours of January 28, 2024, the life of 50-year-old Keith Allen Henion, a White male, was tragically cut short in what authorities are investigating as a homicide. An Arizona state trooper on patrol discovered Henion's vehicle pulled over on the left shoulder of the eastbound Loop 202 freeway near Alma School Road in Mesa. Inside, Henion was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound. Emergency fire personnel responded to the scene but were unable to revive him.
