In the winter of 2014, the life of 57-year-old Harold Lynn Phelps came to a tragic and violent end on the streets of Mesa, Arizona. On the morning of February 25th, a man walked into a U.S. Bank branch and demanded money, instigating a robbery that would set in motion a fatal chain of events. Law enforcement quickly identified the suspect as Phelps, a resident of Mesa.
