In the quiet neighborhood of Mesa, Arizona, the life of 17-year-old Joseph Seibold, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. On the night of February 17, 2021, at approximately 10:39 p.m., Joseph was sitting in the driver's seat of his vehicle in the area of 3rd Drive and Chestnut. It was then that a group of teenagers approached his car, and one of them fired a gun, striking the young man.
