In a tragic turn of events on November 9, 2020, 21-year-old Christopher Bell III, a Black / African American male, lost his life in a fatal shooting inside a home on the east side of Wichita, Kansas. The incident unfolded in the 900 block of North Ridgewood, where a disturbance escalated into violence, leading to Bell being shot multiple times. He was privately transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
