In the early hours of Sunday, March 25, 2018, the life of 17-year-old Tyran Carter, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Wichita, Kansas. The promising young man, known for his athleticism and infectious smile, was found deceased from a gunshot wound in the backyard of a family friend's home at approximately 12:45 a.m.
