On a cold December day in 2017, the life of 35-year-old Hispanic male Daniel Lopez Silva was tragically cut short in Wichita, Kansas. On the 3rd of that month, Silva was found shot to death in a driveway in the 4000 block of E. Stearman. The events leading up to this fatal encounter began when a vehicle approached Silva as he stood in the street. An exchange of words took place before multiple gunshots rang out, ending his life.
