In the early evening of July 6, 2025, the life of 32-year-old Kelly Black, a White male, was cut short in Wichita, Kansas. Officers responded to a shooting just before 6 p.m. in the 7000 block of E. Lincoln, where they discovered Black on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition but ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
