On the evening of October 21, 2020, amidst the sounds of a youth football game in Wichita, Kansas, the life of 31-year-old Marquell Marky Nolen, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. Nolen was at the Stryker Sports Complex when a verbal argument broke out on the west side of the stadium bleachers.
