Omoni I. Johnson

On a late summer evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 26-year-old Omoni I Johnson was tragically cut short. On Friday, August 28, 2015, at approximately 11:45 p.m., gunfire erupted in the 4900 block of B Street, Southeast, fatally wounding Johnson, a male resident of Northeast D.C. He was not the only victim of the violent outburst that night. Another man, 21-year-old Shaheed James of Clinton, Maryland, was also killed, and a third unidentified man was wounded but survived.
