In the winter of 2016, a violent encounter in a Washington, D.C. apartment abruptly ended the life of Terry Crutchfield, a 45-year-old male known to his friends as 'Tubbs'. On the morning of December 6th, inside a residence in the 1500 block of Olive Street NE, near the Deanwood Metro station, Crutchfield was shot and killed.
