In the late hours of an autumn evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 41-year-old Eugene Miller was tragically cut short. On October 9, 2020, at approximately 11:19 p.m., the sounds of gunshots echoed through the 2400 block of Elvans Road, SE. When officers from the Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Eugene Miller suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the location.
