Wendell Lowell Davis, a 65-year-old man from Washington, DC, tragically lost his life on April 8, 2023, in a shooting incident. The Metropolitan Police Department reported that the incident occurred at approximately 12:39 pm in the 3400 block of A Street, Southeast.
