Death by Force

On September 17, 2017, MyAngelo Starnes, a 16-year-old resident of Southeast Washington, D.C., was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. in the 2500 block of Pomeroy Road, SE, near Suitland Parkway. Police were alerted to the scene by an electronic gunshot detection system.
