In the evening hours of a Tuesday in the nation's capital, a young man's life was cut short by gunfire. Vincent Robison, a 20-year-old male from Southeast, DC, was shot and killed on February 15, 2022. The fatal incident occurred around 8:28 p.m. in the 3800 block of 9th Street, Southeast. When officers from the Seventh District arrived at the scene, they found Robison suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services responded but found no signs of life.
