On a Sunday morning in Washington, D.C., a burst of gunfire shattered the peace of the 2600 block of Bladensburg Road, Northeast. When officers from the Fifth District arrived at the scene around 11:35 a.m. on April 28, 2024, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as 72-year-old Larry Kiser, a male resident of Northwest, D.C.
