Jamal Kwame Crump, aged 23, tragically lost his life on February 27, 2019, in Washington, DC. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of Monroe Street, Northwest, around 2:42 p.m. Crump was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and, despite life-saving efforts, was pronounced dead at the scene.
