On a Tuesday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 19-year-old Daquan Garner was tragically cut short. The male resident of Northwest, D.C., was discovered on the sidewalk in the 1500 block of North Capitol Street, Northeast, suffering from gunshot wounds. The incident occurred on April 30, 2024, at approximately 9:07 p.m. Despite immediate medical attention at the scene, Garner succumbed to his injuries.
