Murdered

On May 14, 2014, Jermaine Dews, aged 27, was fatally shot at approximately 3:10 p.m. in the 5800 block of Field Place, NE, Washington, D.C. The shooting occurred during daylight hours, and when police arrived at the scene, they found Jermaine Dews suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) launched an investigation into the homicide, seeking information from the community that could help solve the case.
