In the early morning hours of August 6, 2002, the life of Eural Cotton, a Washington, D.C. man, was tragically cut short. At approximately 5:04 a.m., Cotton was shot and killed at 1345 4th Street, NE. Known affectionately as 'Big E' to friends and family, he was a loving father.
