On Sunday, March 19, 2006, Domingo Reyes was tragically shot and killed in the rear of the 1300 block of Randolph Street NW, Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 1:20 p.m., drawing emergency services and law enforcement to the scene. Despite the rapid response, Reyes was pronounced dead shortly after the incident.
