A 52-year-old man, Joseph Robinson, tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run incident in Washington D.C. The incident occurred on a Thursday evening in April 2022, at approximately 8:15 p.m. Robinson was lawfully crossing New Jersey Avenue within a marked crosswalk when a vehicle disregarded a red light and struck him.
