In the late afternoon of a winter day in Washington, D.C., the life of David Lee “Munchie” Coe was tragically cut short. On Saturday, February 3, 2024, at approximately 2:46 p.m., the 51-year-old Black man was shot and killed in the 1200 block of Southern Avenue, Southeast.
