In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in Washington, D.C., the community around Benning Elementary School was irrevocably altered. On February 21, 2006, at approximately 8:25 a.m., 27-year-old Baldwin Robertson Jr., a male, was found shot to death in the rear of the school located at 100 41st Street, NE.
