On March 5, 2011, Henry Kelly, a 20-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was shot and killed in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred around 3:28 a.m. in the rear of 3122 Buena Vista Terrace, Southeast Washington, D.C. Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District responded to reports of an unconscious person in the alley behind this location.
