On March 5, 2011, Henry Kelly, a 20-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was shot and killed in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred around 3:28 a.m. in the rear of 3122 Buena Vista Terrace, Southeast Washington, D.C.
