In the early hours of a Saturday in Washington, D.C., the life of 20-year-old Henry D. Kelly, known to his friends and family as 'Swagg,' was tragically cut short. On March 5, 2011, at approximately 3:28 a.m., Kelly was found shot to death in the rear of 3122 Buena Vista Terrace in the Southeast area of the city. He was a beloved son and brother.
