In the late hours of a Monday evening in Washington, D.C., tragedy struck a 19-year-old male named Marquis Johnson. On May 15, 2023, at approximately 11:19 p.m., the sounds of gunfire shattered the night in the 2200 block of Savannah Terrace, Southeast.
