In the winter of 2004, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Southeast Washington, D.C. On the evening of January 8th, 19-year-old Keith Capies returned home from work and briefly spoke with his parents before heading back outside to meet up with friends. This would be the last time his family saw him alive.
