In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Southeast Washington, D.C., a grim discovery was made that marked the tragic end to a young man's life. On March 19, 2015, at approximately 7:16 a.m., authorities responded to a vehicle fire in the 4200 block of Livingston Road, SE. Once the flames were extinguished, first responders found the body of a man inside the car. He was later identified as 30-year-old Milton Antoine Swinson of Fort Washington, Maryland.
