In the early moments of the Fourth of July in 2022, a wave of violence shattered the festive atmosphere in Washington, D.C., leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Just after midnight, at approximately 12:01 a.m., the sound of gunshots echoed in the 100 block of Ivanhoe Street, Southwest.
