On a spring evening in Washington, D.C., 16-year-old Luke Holt, a male resident of Northeast, was fatally wounded in a shooting. The incident occurred around 7:42 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2015, in the 300 block of 37th Street SE, an area near Fort Dupont Park that had seen previous violence.
