In the early morning hours of February 4, 2023, the life of 32-year-old Gregory Wilkins, a Black male from Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 5:04 a.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District arrived at an apartment in the 1100 block of 21st Place, Northeast.
