On a Monday afternoon, November 16, 2015, the life of 28-year-old Frederick Etheridge III was tragically cut short on a street in Washington, D.C. At approximately 3:48 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 6000 block of Eads Street NE. Upon their arrival, they discovered Etheridge suffering from a gunshot wound.
