In the late morning hours of a late November day in Washington, D.C., the life of 28-year-old Michael Cunningham was tragically cut short. On November 29, 2019, at approximately 10:51 a.m., gunfire erupted in the 3000 block of 30th Street, Southeast, drawing the attention of Seventh District police officers who were in the vicinity.
