Death by Force

On the evening of September 28, 2015, Ernest Massenberg-Bey, Jr., aged 21, was tragically shot and killed in the 1100 block of Eaton Road, SE, Washington, DC. The incident occurred at approximately 7:34 PM. According to police reports, two victims were found with gunshot wounds at the scene. Both victims were transported to the hospital, where Ernest Massenberg-Bey, Jr. succumbed to his injuries.
