Orlando Donald Silver III, aged 37, was tragically killed on November 27, 2016, in Washington, DC. The incident occurred on the 1300 block of Howard Road, SE. Silver was involved in a physical altercation during a meeting arranged to trade guns. During the altercation, a gun went off, hitting Silver in the back and exiting through his abdomen.
