On the evening of April 27, 2015, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in the 3100 block of Buena Vista Terrace in Southeast Washington, D.C., leaving two men wounded and one fatally so. Andre Antwon McConnell, a 26-year-old man, was one of the victims of the shooting that occurred at approximately 8:23 p.m.
