A quiet Saturday afternoon in Washington, D.C. was shattered by the discovery of a young man's body near the historic Rock Creek Cemetery. On November 9, 2024, at approximately 4:46 p.m., police were called to the rear of the 5000 block of First Street, Northwest, following reports of a shooting.
