On December 1, 2020, Timothy Logan, a 20-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was tragically killed. The incident occurred around 3:11 a.m. near I-295 and East Capitol Street, NE. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers responded to the scene following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Logan suffering from gunshot wounds.
