On January 4, 2020, at approximately 11:38 PM, Anthony Ward, aged 39, was tragically shot and killed in the Unit block of K Street, NW, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
