On the evening of Thursday, October 15, 2020, a shooting incident in Washington, D.C., resulted in the death of 32-year-old David Miller. The male victim was shot around 8:44 p.m. in the 1300 block of Alabama Avenue, SE, near the Congress Heights Metro station. Police officers from the Seventh District responded to reports of gunshots and found Mr. Miller suffering from a gunshot wound.
