Death by Force

On July 1, 2018, Stephen Cade, a 60-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was found shot and killed inside a home located in the 1800 block of 23rd Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 11:11 AM, where they discovered Cade unconscious and unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
