On October 9, 2019, 27-year-old Lekelefac Fonge, a home health aide from Lanham, Maryland, was tragically killed in a Northeast Washington, D.C. home. Fonge was with his client, 24-year-old Devan Miler, who had autism. The two had returned to Miler's grandmother's home on Rosedale Street NE after spending the day together.
