On June 3, 1999, a horrific massacre occurred at an Albertsons supermarket located at 3864 West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. Among the victims was Carlos “Chuck” Leos, a 41-year-old store manager who lost his life in the brutal attack.
