In the spring of 2022, the life of 25-year-old Victor Lee Quitalig Boardley was abruptly cut short in a senseless act of violence in North Las Vegas, Nevada. On the morning of March 18, 2022, Boardley was fatally shot in the 4700 block of Boulder Bay Street.
