In the early evening of March 6, 2021, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Las Vegas apartment complex, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Justin Irving, a 25-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally wounded in what authorities would later rule a homicide. The incident unfolded in the parking lot of the Emerald Suites on Paradise Road, a location just east of the bustling Las Vegas Strip.
