On August 8, 2024, 31-year-old Darin Algee Jr. was fatally shot while driving on Interstate 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m. as Algee was traveling southbound near Flamingo Road with his wife, Lasha Bowie, and their 5-year-old son. An unknown assailant fired multiple shots at their vehicle, causing Algee to lose control and crash into the center median.
